We walked over the border from CA based on the recommendation of a friend. I was amazed at how beautiful and clean the office was! It was nicer than any dentist offices I have been to in the US. The staff all spoke perfect english and they even sent a driver to pick us up at the border in a mercedes! The dentist was friendly, knowledgable and they treated my shy daughter so kindly. We paid less than half of what we would have at our US dentist for cleanings and xrays. It was an incredile experience and I'm recommending them to all my friends!

This is an AMAZING dental office with an even more amazing staff!!! First of all, I came to them with a difficult situation but they showed so much compassion with me and assured me they would do whatever they could to help me and they did! Another thing is I suffer from anxiety but they all made me feel so at ease, they offer a relaxing medicine for 30 dollars but I was able to go without taking it personally. They told me step by step what they were doing and made sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They aren't there to just take your money and kick you out, they actually help you come up with the best plan for you and get you what you need. The office was nice and clean, they are following all the CDC protocols but seriously they are the cleanest office I've ever seen. They are very flexible there and they were able to get me right in without having to wait. Also a plus for fellow Americans who are crossing they offer a shuttle service if you are walking across and they also offer a shuttle service from the dentist back to the border. If you are driving across they offer a medical pass to get through line quicker for a 5 dollar charge. Bottom line is I recommend this place to anybody, I never thought I would say in my life that I no longer have anxiety to go to the dentist Also, for the excellent work they do and quality they provide their prices are very reasonable. No Regrets! I was skeptical at first coming to Tijuana to a dental office I’ve never been to before but it turned out to be a great experience. The staff is very friendly and the office is very clean. They offer free shuttle service which is very convenient for those who are coming from other places. I’m very happy with the services my family and I received. Definitely recommend Trust Dental!

Rough Edges

I went here for a cleaning and it went well. I emailed with questions to follow up on starting my bone grafts and implants. I received plenty of promotional emails but never an answer to my emails or return phone calls. I would suggest looking for a different facility with staff that communicates with patients. If they cant return a phone call or email what else is being overlooked? Do you really want to begin a long dental procedure with an office that cannot return calls or emails? After posting this review CEO called. I requested she send my records and received only my x-rays and imaging. 3 hours after requesting them via email. I still didn't get them. The attention to detail is definitely lacking in this office.

Money God

My girl and I went down to Tijuana looking for a dentist who would crown my teeth with gold and a lot of places didn't really understand what I wanted, but this place did. Every other place wanted to change my plans and these guys took my sketch seriously and captured online photos of what I wanted and in just a few days I had my sick gold crowns and golden grill. I took down the gold so they could melt and craft it and develop em', turned out I even had a bit left over. If you need gold dental work, this the place to go. Don't be attracted to wannabes, this place is the real deal. One more thing, once you walk through those doors, you will truly experience a whole new caliber of experience, those doctors are the real deal. Ask all your questions to em', they have the answers. Love you Mexico. (They also got you with the face masks, very clean)
